We put great effort into translating our years of clear and concise dance instruction from our group lessons, onto quality DVD collections. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases once the order has been shipped.

We guarantee that all of our DVDs can be played in any DVD player and are free of defects. However, if a defective DVD is found, we will ship a replacement DVD right away at no cost to our customers. Please email us at info[at]grandballroom[dot]com if this should occur.

Music CDs are not produced by the Grand Ballroom, but should a disc be broken or defective, we may review the cause and consider refund/exchange. Please email us at info[at]grandballroom[dot]com if this should occur.

There are no returns & exchanges on products such as Gift Cards and Grand Ballroom Event Tickets.
