What currency are your prices?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Are your dance DVDs compatible with my dvd player at home?
Our DVDs have no region codes and can be played anywhere in the world.

Do you ship to overseas countries?
Yes.  We have ship orders to over twenty-five countries without any problems. 

What do the names Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Gold Star mean? 
They refer to the level of the steps taught in our classes.  Our class curriculum follows closely (about 90%) the syllabus of steps as set out by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).  This syllabus starts at the Beginners level, then progress successively to Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Gold Star levels.  This is how we structured our classes at The Grand Ballroom.  Since our DVD video library is an exact reproduction of our classes, we simply kept the same name designations for the videos.

Would I be able to purchase your videos by direct downloading instead of by mail? 
Absolutely.  We have two separate online stores- one for mail orders and one for download orders.  The downloads are in MP4 format and can be played on your computer, iPad, or iPhone.  It will even show that same menu and chapter headings as the DVDs if you play the videos using iTunes.  Buying by downloading saves money and shipping time but it does take only 20 to 30 minutes to download one video.  See our Download FAQ for more information.

Can I buy DVDs of just one dance?
Yes.  All of our dvds are produced as one dance on one dvd.  So if you type in for example, Waltz, in the search box, all the Waltz dvds will show up.  The DVDs are packaged both as single dance dvds and in collections for each level.  For example, the 4-DVD Bronze I Latin Collection consists of Bronze I Cha Cha, Bronze I Rumba, Bronze I Samba, and Bronze I Jive dvds.

Do you offer discounts for buying more DVDs and downloads?
Yes.  Just check out the 'PACKAGE COMBINATION DISCOUNT' section under Mail Order Store.  We also offer discounts on quantity purchase of downloads starting from 5 or more videos.  These discounts are listed for each download on our online store are automatically applied during the Check Out process. 

Are all the prices in Canadian dollars? 

What is your return policy on your DVDs?
We guarantee that all of our DVDs can be played in any DVD player and are free of defects. However, if a defective DVD is found, we will ship a replacement DVD right away at no cost to our customers.  

How long does shipping take?
Within Canada and U.S., it should take 7-10 days. The rest of the world, may take between 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer free shipping when I buy a lot of DVDs?
Yes we do offer free shipping anywhere in the world when the total order adds up to $150 CAD (excluding tax+shipping). This shipping discount will be automatic applied during the Check Out process..

Do I have to pay duties and customs for orders shipped outside of Canada?
Probably yes but the amount will vary from country to country.  It is best to check with your country's custom and duties department to find out the rates and amounts.
