The variations are above gold and equivalent to the Pre-Championship level. We have two separate and distinct routines - Gold Star I and Gold Star II. This video contains the Gold Star II routine. The steps are not only taught and shown in great detail but are put together in a complete routine to save you the hassle of figuring out how to link them together.
